Essential skills training for managing non-profit organizations

Our interactive, and experiential workshop series is designed to give you practical and essential skills you can use in your organization. These series' sessions will help you think and practice transferable skills to improve your opportunities for staff retention, enhanced organizational performance, more effective forms of collaboration and much more.

During this two day workshop, the second in MFNPO’s Organizational Leadership Series, leaders will be engaged in an in-depth look at the changing and diverse workforce challenges, issues, and solutions. The training will be experiential, skills-based, designed to provide knowledge and to inspire new behaviours by offering opportunities for practice
