Labour Market Strategies
- Researching, engaging and developing specific workforce development strategies to strengthen the skill sets and occupations in the Manitoba Non-profit Sector to meet its current and future labour market needs.

Occupational Skills Training
- A program applying the "Building Better Workplaces" supervisory and leadership curriculum to current employees of the Non-profit Sector organizations to encourage and enable the Sector to 'grow its own talent'. The focus of the initial pilot program is to hold workshop training events in Winnipeg and other centres around Manitoba, inclusive of organizations that are significantly involved with Aboriginal and Newcomer staff, clients or members.

Shared Services
- Engaging with Manitoba Non-profit organizations to develop a range of products and services that reduce the costs and increase efficiencies within the Sector.

Integrated Sector Disaster Planning
- Developing strategies for the Sector that integrate Manitoba Non-profit Organizations into all aspects of Provincial emergency planning processes regarding risk management, preparedness, relief and recovery processes through financial and organizational support.

Interconnecting Non-Profit Innovators
- A joint project with partners across Canada to foster an enabling environment for innovation within non-profit organizations

- Presentations and Documents submitted to Governments or other parties on behalf of the Non-profit Sector
