Occupational Skills Training

A program applying the "Building Better Workplaces" supervisory and leadership curriculum to current employees of the Non-profit Sector organizations to encourage and enable the Sector to 'grow its own talent'. The focus of the initial pilot program is to hold workshop training events in Winnipeg and other centres around Manitoba, inclusive of organizations that are significantly involved with Aboriginal and Newcomer staff, clients or members.
